Beacon assembled more than 150,000 square feet of retail storefront properties in 11 separate transactions on this premier retail street, for nationally-recognized Starwood Urban Investments. These properties were renovated, re-tenanted and repositioned. Beacon represented both Seller and Purchaser and placed interim financing with a local bank.

Permanent financing for an 85,000 square foot shopping center in the heart of Plantation, Broward County. This 10-year loan was placed with a Wall Street bank.

 

Tarpon Bend Restaurant, Coral Gables
Restaurant lease at a new Miracle Mile location, for an upscale seafood restaurant and bar. Beacon represented the tenant.​
