The Ritz Plaza Hotel, Miami Beach
An historic, oceanfront hotel consisting of 120 rooms plus development potential for 80 additional keys. Beacon represented both Seller and Purchaser. 


The Shorecrest Hotel, Miami Beach
Purchase and Sale. The acquisition of this 105-room hotel and land was critical in the assemblage for the RFP and development of the Crown Plaza Hotel at Collins Avenue and 15th Street.


The Albion Hotel, Miami Beach

Permanent financing. A landmark 100-room Art Deco hotel located in the heart of South Beach on Lincoln Road and James Avenue. Developed by Rubell Hotels. 

The Beach House Bal Harbor
Acquisition and construction financing; permanent financing upon completion of renovation. A 170-room oceanfront property that was renovated and repositioned as a high-style hotel. Ralph Lauren designed the interiors. Developed by Rubell Hotels. 

Doubletree Airport Hotel, Miami
Beacon represented the Purchaser of this 180-room airport hotel. 


Harbour Cove, Rental Apartments, Broward County

Sale and permanent financing of a luxury 240-unit rental apartment community in Pembroke Pines. Beacon arranged the financing and later arranged the sale.
