On behalf of Starwood Urban Investments, Beacon assembled more than
150,000 square feet of retail storefront properties in 11 separate
transactions. These properties are being renovated, re-tenanted,
and repositioned. Included in the purchase was development
rights for a $50,000,000 mixed-use complex, including residential, retail
and office uses. Interim financing was placed with Mellon Bank.

An 85,000 square foot shopping center in the heart of Plantation, Broward
County. Tenants include: Kinko's, McDonalds, and IHOP. This conduit loan
was placed with Lehman Bros.
