Sony Music Building, 605 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach
An historic 75,000 square foot office building located on Lincoln Road in the heart of South Beach. Originally built in 1936, it was completely renovated in 1995. Renovation design was by Arquitectonica. Tenants included Sony Music, CBS and USA Networks. Beacon arranged a 10-year fixed rate loan with a Wall Street bank.


1680 Michigan Avenue, Miami Beach                                                              
Purchase and sale, interim financing. An 85,000 square foot office building in the heart of South Beach, with an attached parking garage and adjacent buildable lot.  Beacon represented both Purchaser and Seller, and placed the debt and equity.


1688 Meridian Avenue, Miami Beach                                                              
Purchase and sale. A completely renovated and stabilized 85,000 square foot, highly visible office building plus adjacent parking lots. Signature design by renowned architect Morris Lapidus. Major Tenant: Mellon Bank. Beacon represented both Purchaser and Seller. 


1647 Meridian Avenue, Miami Beach            
Purchase and sale. This 30,000 square foot office building was purchased with plans for renovation and repositioning. Beacon represented both Purchaser and Seller.


3050 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami                             
A 90,000 square foot office building plus additional acreage for development. This building, located in the revitalized Performing Arts District, was part of a four-parcel assemblage. Beacon represented both Purchaser and Seller.


Albion Office & Retail, Miami Beach                                                              
A landmark Art Deco commercial property on Lincoln Road with ground floor retail and two floors of office space. Renovation design by Carlos Zapata.  Tenants included Ford Modeling Agency, Claxson, and NARIS (Latin Grammy Awards).  Beacon arranged a 10-year fixed rate loan.


New World Tower, Miami                                                                          
Permanent financing with earn-out. A 300,000+ square foot landmark downtown office building plus attached 400-car garage, known as the "telecom building." Tenants included BellSouth, Verizon, Star Telecom, Bank Atlantic, British Airways, and the New York Times. Beacon arranged a 10-year fixed rate loan with a regional bank.


2151 LeJeune Road, Coral Gables                            
A 40,000 square foot, Class A, multi-tenant, office building. Beacon represented the Purchaser.  


404 Park Avenue South, New York                
A 150,000 square foot office building located in the hub of New York’s Flatiron District. Beacon represented the Purchaser.
