Miracle Mile, Assemblage of 11 Retail and Mixed-Use Properties, Coral Gables    Beacon assembled more than 150,000 square feet of retail storefront properties in 11 separate transactions, on this premiere retail street, for a national firm, Starwood Urban Investments. These properties were renovated, re-tenanted and repositioned. Beacon represented both Seller and Purchaser and placed interim financing with a local bank.

Permanent financing for an 85,000 square foot shopping center in the heart of Plantation, Broward County. This 10 year loan was placed with a Wall Street bank.
